Ink absorber counter, select Main&Platen (1).Method 4: Reset Ink Absorber Value Main&Platen Clear ink counter, select PLATEN (2), wait for the printer to finish printing.Method 2: Clear Ink Counter Main and Platen Clear ink counter, select MAIN (1), wait for the printer to finish printing.
You will notice that the Alternate Blinking error is gone, this means that the printer is in Service Mode state.Then Press Resume button 5 times then let BOTH buttons go.Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.Hold down Resume button and press Power button.Turn off the printer without pulling the power cords.
